Licensing & Use of TRUST-AI Open™ Materials

TRUST-AI Open™ is a proprietary standard developed and owned by Third Way Consulting (TWC). It is protected under full commercial copyright and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or incorporated into any materials, platforms, or frameworks without explicit, written authorisation from TWC.

Organisations, researchers, and vendors seeking to reference, implement, or align with TRUST-AI Open™ must do so through the official TRUST-AI Verified™ process, conducted by Third Way Consulting or a licensed assessment partner.

TWC is the sole issuer and maintenance authority for all TRUST-AI Verified™ badges and ratings. Certifications granted by licensed partners are subject to final recognition and registry by TWC.

Unauthorised use constitutes infringement and may result in legal enforcement.
